Support and services

CILT offers a range of practical support and learning design services. Our practical support services can help you implement and troubleshoot issues with specific Vula tools. Our learning design services help you think about the design of your course, talk through teaching challenges, and advise about the use of Vula for effective learning. There are a number of options depending on whether you prefer to consult relevant documentation, talk to a helpful colleague or join a group of colleagues grappling with similar issues.

What kind of help are you looking for?

One-on-One Consult Speak to a helpful colleague with expertise in learning design about a specific teaching, course design or Vula tool selection challenge. Bookings can be made with a 48 hour lead time, subject to consultant availability. Book a consultation.
Vula Help Technical advice about using specific Vula tools. Call  (021) 650 5500 on weekdays between 9am and 5pm or email help@vula.uct.ac.za.
Online Teaching Community Visit the UCT Online Teaching Community on MS teams where you can engage with other educators on teaching and learning topics. We also post regular updates there of general interest.
