Ayanda started working as an administrative assistant, planning and organising CILT workshops and seminars in July 2017. She has a degree in Social Science (UKZN), where she majored in Media and Marketing studies and has since worked in a range of sectors. As a visionary she is passionate about working with people and helping them to recognise and achieve their full potential and in her spare time she mentors and equips the youth to make more informative and purposeful decisions in life. She also enjoys being in creative spaces and coming up with innovative strategies and pioneering systems in undeveloped areas. Her hobbies include jogging and basketball.
